State of war for the Planet of the Apes (2017)

War for the Planet of the Apes is the 2017 sequel to 2011's Rise of the Planet of the Apes. The 3rd installment in this "reboot" series, War finds the intelligent apes led by Caesar doing battle with an ground forces of humans led by Colonel McCullough (Woody Harrelson). Matt Reeves returns from Dawn of the Planet of the Apes to straight this moving-picture show and the cast includes Amiah Miller and Andy Serkis, who returns to provide motion capture for Caesar.

Handguns

Colt Combat Commander

Colonel McCullough (Woody Harrelson) carries a Colt Combat Commander with Pachmayr wood grips as his sidearm. Caesar (Andy Serkis) briefly uses the Gainsay Commander during the flick's climax.

Many Alpha/Omega and Northern Army soldiers use M4A1 Carbines fitted with various attachments. Rocket (Terry Notary) takes an M4A1 from an Blastoff/Omega soldier and uses it during the picture show's climax.
